Midgar (Level 4+ to enter)

A city-state that has decided to sacrifice the life force of its planet to advance its technology. As a result, this city flourishes as the nature around it suffers. Unfortunately, corporate greed has sank its fangs into the foundations of the city, creating stark contrasts in living conditions between those directly tied to said corporations---namely the wealthy---and those who refuse to submit to the tyrannical rule that has been established.
