Cocoon (Level 4+ to enter)

An artificial civilization located above the surface of Gran Pulse. Technology has advanced by leaps and bounds at the expense of foregoing nature's influence for that of science. The citizens that once inhabited Gran Pulse have relocated here, accepting the ease of technology while leaving those left behind on the world below to fend for themselves. As a result, the inhabitants here often view those below---that they are aware of---as uncivilized and barbaric.
