New | Abilities: Template and Rules

- Spells and Abilities -
-> An ability/spell's rank determines what type of damage it is capable of or the strength of its effect if it is a buff or debuff. (This is before appropriate stat mitigation is applied.)

-> When creating abilities. Please check the Limit Grid so you know how many are allowed at your current level.

Name: (The name of the ability.)

Rank: (What rank is this ability?)

Requirements: (Is there anything specific needed to use this ability?)

Class: (What kind of ability is it? Supplementary, Offensive, Defensive. This can also vary between several types.)

Effect: (What is the ability capable of doing?)

Duration: (Only applicable for buffs/debuffs and conjured weapon effects [eg creating claws of a particular element to fight with] or if the ability leaves a fallout effect [caltrops, oil slicks, etc.])

Cooldown: (How long must you wait before this ability is usable again?)
