Okay, just to clear things up, I want you to know the policy on inactive characters. I have added a few changes.

If you DON'T tell an admin before you go:
If you have less then 500 posts, you have a 14 Day inactive period and 7 days to rejoin us. (Days inactive allowed: 20)
If you have between 500 and 1000 posts, you have 21 Days inactive period and 7 days to rejoin us...

When you have 500 posts you can have the ability to portal yourself anywhere in worlds you want to. You do not have to make a skill for this and you may use it when every you want without having to waste mana on it.

Now clones are different... Clones are banned. End of story.
