A Videogame Review

Okay, before I get into scoring and all that garbage, I’m going to tell you something: Before you pop this game in, turn off your brain. There’s a reason this game has “Embrace the Madness” in it’s tagline. This isn’t a bad thing, but if you’re looking for a story in Borderlands that‘s comparable to Citizen Kane, you might as well stop reading this review and go pick up Legacy of Kain or Metal Gear Solid.

Anyways, let’s go over the premise:

Welp, now that I'm officially recovering for Swimmer's Ear, a Frisbee to the throat (yeah, you heard me right), and a broken leg due to a 50-pound weight smacking into my knee, I figure, why not celebrate with my first review! And the reason I picked this film is because while I was vegging out on a couch for a decent two weeks, I was watching alot of action movies, with this one being the most recent viewing. So without further ado, on with the review:

ZELDA, The Legend Of ~ Majora's Mask

The game Majora's Mask, a title under the Legend of Zelda series, was an enjoyable play. The plot, though short in length, had many side-quests and alternative playing styles. Although, I will openly admit that, for me, the four hardest parts of the game were to get all the masks, to collect the fairies for the Great Fairy, collecting the fifth and sixth bottles, and, finally, to beat all four of the masked beasts in three days.

The game starts out by telling the Hero's back-story ...

Visuals – 9

I give the visuals (graphics) a nine.

With beautiful terrain and multiple level routes, this game will give you a stunning real-life effect on what you want to do, and where you want to go. An integration in the game, that can be toggled on/off at will, called Runner Vision that turns certain objects red is your guide of where to go, or what to interact with. And one of the best and most realistic features - you can see your body. Instead of looking down and seeing nothing, you ...

This game is pretty fun, although it can really piss people off. Trust me.

Visuals - 9.0

Hey, it's a DS. doesn't get much better then this.

Sounds & Music - 8.0

The music is okay, repetitive but okay.

Gameplay - 5.0

Storyline isn't exciting, side-missions can be frustrating, and if you forget to save and you fail a storyline mission, you have to start ALL over from your last save.

Controls - 10.0

So simple that even a five-year-old could understand. Just don't break ...

Visuals – 8

I give the visuals (graphics) an 6

The graphics for a release this far out would make you think it had great graphics, but frankly, it looks like an early PS1 title. The creatures and monsters look blocky, the voice acting and the way the CGI characters move their mouths, it looks like they're just moving their mouths up and down.

Sound & Music – 7

The music wasn't the greatest, as you'd think it would be creepy, but the scary music only came on at bad times, eg: driving ...

Visuals – 8

I give the visuals (graphics) an 8

Graphics are great, and Hi-Res cutscenes feel like a PS3 game, and the in game graphics lok great. Blodd splatters and the way you use weapons or items take in effect what would really happen.

Sound & Music – 7

The music was good, gave the game that great feeling, like it was an interactive movie. Sound effects sound great and the voice acting made it, the intensity of Kratos' voice is harsh and angry.

Gameplay – 8

Easy to use ...
