He was pretty much there for him, to show him some of the worlds out there that are interesting. He was with his Chakrams out, in case something appeared and they had to fight for their lives and live to fight. Xane followed Axel as they went through the hallway-formed Underworld. Hades tried to gain control again but nothing work, he would have to battle the dog, but the creature was just to powerful it started to beat Hades in their battle.
